1. Eligibility & approval
The program is open to creators, bloggers, and community leaders aged 18+. Every application is reviewed manually. Approval is at our sole discretion, and we may reject or suspend any application or account with or without cause, subject to the audit policies in section 7.
2. Commissions
Commissions are earned only on approved, non-refunded orders generated through your unique referral links. Rates vary by product and are shown in your dashboard. We may change rates with 14 days' notice; changes apply to orders placed after the notice period.
3. Refunds & reversals
Refunded or cancelled orders do not earn commission. If a commission was already approved and the order is later refunded, the commission will be reversed from your balance — including from future payouts if the balance is insufficient.
4. Promotion rules
You may promote assigned products through organic social content, blogs, reviews, YouTube, and your own email lists. You must not: make misleading or unsubstantiated claims; use spam, scraped lists, or purchased traffic; bid on our brand terms in paid search without written approval; or list coupons on coupon sites unless explicitly permitted. You must include an affiliate disclosure in content containing your referral links, per our disclosure guidance.
5. Payouts
Payouts are processed monthly via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer once your eligible balance reaches $50. Commissions enter the eligible balance after a 14-day holding period following order approval. Failed payouts are retried automatically, then flagged for manual review.
6. Intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the marketing assets in your dashboard solely to promote assigned products. You may not modify brand assets, register our trademarks, or create confusingly similar branding.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with pending commissions forfeited where fraud or abuse is involved. You may close your account at any time; eligible commissions already approved will still be paid. Every status change is recorded in our audit log with actor, timestamp, and reason.
8. Limitation of liability
The program is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the commissions owed to you in the preceding 90 days.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
